Terms and Conditions: StokeyParents Marketplace

 

The StokeyParents market place allows people to give, sell and buy items.  It is confined to people living in and around Stoke Newington, Clapton and Dalston.  It is non-profit making and aims solely to link people within their community to enable items to be re-used, sold and shared. Transactions are carried out between the buyer and seller and not via the StokeyParents website.

 

StokeyParents is not an actioneer and does not have possession of anything listed or sold via the marketplace and is not involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers. The contract for sale is directly between buyer and seller.

 

StokeyParents has no control over or guarantee the quality, existance, safety or legality of items advertised; the accuracy of users’ content, the ability of sellers to sell items; the ability of buyers to pay for items; or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction or return an item.

 

We advise that in the case of items such as car seats, pushchairs and cots that buyers take great care to ascertain the safety of an item prior to completion of purchase.
